Required for homes built before 1949: we measure the lead in paint, wall by wall.

The lead risk report measures the concentration of lead in the paintwork of the home, with a portable analyser, without damaging the walls.

What we check

Paintwork of walls, doors, windows and woodwork
Its condition: intact, worn or flaking

Good to know

If no lead is found above the legal threshold, the report has no time limit. Otherwise it is valid one year for a sale and six years for a rental.
